• Sydney session, 5:00 pm – 2:00 am (EDT)
• Tokyo session, 7:00 pm – 4:00 am (EDT)
• London session, 3:00 am – 12:00 pm (EDT)
• New York session, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (EDT)

The busiest time is when one session overlaps another. Trading in this time carries better result.

Tokyo session overlaps London session from 3:00 am to 4:00 am (EDT).

London session overlaps New York session from 8:00 am to 12 pm (EDT).

Pairs will give a better result when two markets for those currencies are active. For example, EUR/USD, GBP/USD pairs will give a better result from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
